Elevated Pool House

A three story – 4,534 sq. ft. modern home is a secluded oasis orientated to maintain views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in the house. The owners requested a rentable floor as an income property which is located on the second floor, this left the entire third floor as a lockable owner’s suite. The exterior of the home was a white stucco modern canvas for us to add dramatic window lines paired with the warmth of cypress wood ceilings to entertain beach visitors.
